Tradition!

Sunday, everyone comes together for dinner. Macaroni, gnocchi, ravioli... followed by chicken cutlets, scallopinI, picata, roast... A time for family and friends to come together.

Really looking for some East Coast lovin. Thinking about the greats calzone I get with my Auntie. This is our families sausage bread or figazza.

Making Raviolo Uova

This is larger than your average ravioli making it RAVIOLO. It is made with an egg yolk (uova) in the middle.
