Ingredients
1 burrata cheese
2 large beefsteak tomatoes
10-15 grape tomatoes
Place cheese in middle of plate. Slice tomatoes in wedges, and the grape tomatoes in half. Toss tomatoes in a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Place tomatoes around the cheese. Top with basil leaves and a sprinkle of salt.
